HSE Officer Job in Kuwait

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Officer with 1–2 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, conducting inspections, and fostering a safe workplace for employees and contractors.

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards

• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits

• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses

• Provide HSE induction and training to staff and contractors

• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and training

• Monitor environmental practices including waste disposal and pollution control

• Actively participate in HSE meetings and provide performance updates

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar HSE role (telecom, oil & gas, or K‑Companies preferred)

• Mandatory certifications: NEBOSH‑IGC, IOSH

• Strong knowledge of Kuwait HSE standards and legal requirements

• Excellent communication, reporting, and training skills

• Valid Kuwait driving license

• Transferable Visa 18
