Hiring HVAC Ducting & Piping Foreman in Kuwait
A premier MEP and electromechanical contracting enterprise in Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified, diligent, and competent HVAC Ducting & Piping Site Foreman to join its team in Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct daily site installations of HVAC air ducting, chilled water piping, dampers, and diffusers.
- Read and interpret MEP shop drawings, architectural schematics, and mechanical specifications accurately.
- Coordinate duct fabrication measurements, pipe hydro-testing, and insulation works on project floors.
- Allocate daily tasks to site duct men, pipe fitters, and welders to maintain project construction schedules.
- Inspect completed duct runs and pipe joints to ensure high workmanship and zero air or water leakage.
- Conduct daily site safety briefings and enforce personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance.
- Adhere strictly to Kuwait Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW) standards and municipal construction codes.
Requirements
- 4-8 Years of verified supervisory experience in HVAC ducting and chilled water piping installations on large projects.
- Technical Diploma or ITI in HVAC / Mechanical Engineering.
- Valid Kuwait driving license is strictly required.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
- Strong leadership, site coordination, and technical communication skills.
- Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
