Experienced HVAC Engineer required for an O&G project in Kuwait. The role demands hands‑on leadership in HVAC maintenance and operations within refinery or petrochemical environments, with strong familiarity with Sulphur Plants, Tank Farms, and Sea Island Marine operations.

• Lead HVAC maintenance activities across the plant and marine interfaces.

• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, ducting, and associated controls.

• Coordinate with operations, HSE, and contractors to ensure safe and compliant execution of work.

• Troubleshoot complex HVAC failures and implement durable corrective actions.

• Prepare and review maintenance procedures, work permits, and method statements.

• Manage spare parts, vendor relationships, and service contracts.

• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance teams and operators.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and produce regular reports on system health and KPIs.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in HVAC maintenance; experience certificates required.

• Sector Experience: Proven operational experience in refinery or petrochemical plants; demonstrated work on Sulphur Plants, Tank Farms, and Sea Island/Marine operations.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, controls, commissioning, and preventive maintenance best practices.

• Leadership: Demonstrated supervisory or team lead experience on industrial sites.

• Safety: Strong HSE awareness and ability to work under permit‑to‑work systems.

• Availability: Candidates with immediate or short notice availability preferred.

• Updated CV with detailed HVAC roles and dates.

• Experience certificates from previous employers showing HVAC and refinery/petrochemical work.

• Copy of degree certificate.

• Copies of relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, refrigeration, commissioning, safety).
