Hiring HVAC Systems Maintenance Supervisor in Kuwait
A reputable electro-mechanical maintenance enterprise in Abbasiya, Kuwait, is recruiting an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to oversee technicians handling commercial split, package, and ducted air conditioning systems.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily preventive maintenance and breakdown service calls for central, package, and split AC installations.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical control, compressor, and refrigeration circuit faults.
- Assign field technician teams to scheduled work orders and verify repair work quality and safety compliance.
- Coordinate spare parts requisitioning, refrigerant charging, and coil chemical cleaning procedures.
- Maintain client communications and ensure prompt resolution of residential and commercial cooling issues.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma in HVAC, Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years field experience troubleshooting ducted, package, and split cooling systems.
- Mandatory valid Kuwait driving license.
- Valid Article 18 transferable residency; ready for immediate deployment.
