HVAC Project Engineer required in Kuwait

Al Essa Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Co. is seeking a highly experienced and qualified HVAC Project Engineer to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for a professional with extensive project management experience in the HVAC industry and a strong background in Oil & Gas projects.

• Manage and supervise HVAC projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
• Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and technical standards
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
• Support procurement and material planning activities

Minimum 15 years of HVAC project experience

KOC Approval is mandatory

 Proven experience in:

• HVAC project management
• Oil & Gas projects
• Industrial and commercial HVAC systems
• Site execution and project coordination

 Strong knowledge of:

• HVAC design and installation
• Testing and commissioning
• Project planning and scheduling
• Quality and safety requirements

 Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills

 Experience working on major KOC projects

 Strong knowledge of Kuwait construction and Oil & Gas standards

 Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
