Hiring HVAC Duct Installation Foreman in Kuwait
A specialized central air-conditioning and ventilation contracting enterprise in Kuwait is hiring an experienced AC Duct Fitter and Duct Foreman for immediate commercial project execution.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise site duct installers, sheet metal fabricators, and insulation workers.
- Take precise on-site duct measurements and coordinate custom fittings with workshops.
- Install galvanized iron (GI) ducting, volume control dampers, and acoustic attenuators.
- Verify duct alignment, airtight gasket sealing, and hanger supports per MEP shop drawings.
- Liaise with site project engineers to achieve scheduled ductwork inspection milestones.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as an AC duct fitter or installation foreman on commercial projects.
- Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and taking accurate field measurements.
- Spoken Arabic communication ability is an asset.
- Valid Kuwait residency under Article 18 (transferable).
