Hiring Indian & Chinese Cuisine Specialty Cook in Kuwait
A popular restaurant in Salmiya, Kuwait, is searching for a skilled Cook experienced in cooking both authentic Indian specialties and Chinese wok dishes.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Cook popular Indian curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and Chinese stir-fried noodles, fried rice, and gravies.
- Prepare fresh marinades, curry bases, gravies, and Asian sauces according to restaurant recipes.
- Control cooking times, portion sizes, and maintain high standards of culinary presentation.
- Inspect raw ingredients, manage mise en place, and ensure cleanliness across cooking stations.
- Adhere strictly to Kuwait municipality food safety and kitchen hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated cooking experience in commercial kitchens preparing Indian and Chinese cuisines.
- Hold an active Kuwait Municipality Health Card.
- Valid Article 18 transferable residency; located in Kuwait.
- Punctual, disciplined, and available for immediate start.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 200 KD per month
