Inventory Control Officer Jobs

Shuwaikh, Kuwait

• Conduct inventory inspections and stock verification across multiple company locations.
• Perform cycle counts and support annual stock-taking activities.
• Verify stock movements, sales transactions, deliveries, and inventory records.
• Reconcile physical inventory with ERP system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock analysis, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to improve inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend stock replenishment when required.
• Follow inventory control procedures and best warehouse management practices.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, stock management, or auditing.
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to travel between company locations when required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
