Role Summary

Hiring an Inventory In Charge to manage stock control, warehouse operations, and inventory accuracy for a furniture manufacturing or fit‑out company. The role focuses on optimizing stock levels, maintaining ERP records, coordinating with procurement and production, and preventing shortages or excesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day inventory operations and warehouse activities.

• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.

• Control stock movements including receiving, issuing, returns, and transfers.

• Use ERP and inventory software to update stock levels, generate reports, and track KPIs.

• Coordinate with procurement and production to forecast needs and prevent stockouts.

• Implement inventory control procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Investigate discrepancies and prepare variance reports.

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safe storage and handling of materials.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in inventory management or similar role; experience in furniture manufacturing or fit‑out industry preferred.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software; strong Excel skills.

• Competencies: Attention to detail, accuracy in data management, analytical ability to optimize stock levels, and good communication and coordination skills.

• Other: Ability to supervise a small team and work with cross‑functional departments.
