Job Description
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
* Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Technical Training in relevant field
* Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in IT support, with experience in construction, oil & gas, or engineering environments considered an advantage
* Proficient in Windows OS installation and configuration, hardware and network troubleshooting, Microsoft O365 administration, PowerShell scripting (including SQL integration), and IT asset management
* Strong technical problem-solving, system administration, and vendor coordination skills
* Must be available in Kuwait with valid transferable residency
