Role summary

A major real estate company is hiring an IT Engineer to support networking, servers, IT security, and building access systems for towers and residential complexes. Immediate joiners with hands‑on technical experience are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.

• Administer servers (Windows/Linux), perform backups, and monitor system health.

• Implement and maintain IT security controls, user accounts, and access policies.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV, parking cameras, fingerprint devices, and related access control systems.

• Provide on‑site technical support for towers and complexes; respond to incidents and service requests.

• Document configurations and procedures and coordinate with vendors for repairs or upgrades.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in networking, servers, and IT security.

• Experience with camera systems, fingerprint devices, and parking camera systems for towers/complexes.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Holds a valid driver license and owns a car.

• Transferrable residency in Kuwait.

• Any nationality considered.

• Strong troubleshooting skills, professional attitude, and ability to work on site.
