Hiring IT Computer Support Technician in Kuwait
A dynamic commercial enterprise and technology support provider in Ahmadi, Kuwait is seeking an experienced IT Hardware & Computer Support Technician for immediate technical replacement duties.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, network printers, and peripheral workstation hardware.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems, business software applications, and cybersecurity antivirus patches.
- Troubleshoot local area network (LAN) cabling, Wi-Fi connectivity, switch ports, and IP address configurations.
- Provide responsive on-site technical helpdesk support to corporate end-users, resolving ticketing issues promptly.
- Perform workstation data backups, hard drive imaging, and RAM/SSD hardware component upgrades.
- Maintain hardware inventory logs and document completed technical service tickets.
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Engineering, Hardware & Networking, or equivalent IT technical training.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on desktop hardware repair and IT troubleshooting experience.
- Strong diagnostic capabilities across Windows environments and peripheral equipment.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status.
- Available immediately for short-duration replacement assignment.
