The IT Officer will be responsible for managing IT operations, providing technical support, ensuring system stability, and maintaining secure and efficient IT infrastructure across the organization.

• 4–6 years of experience in IT operations and support
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Networking systems
  • Hardware and infrastructure
  • Troubleshooting techniques
• Experience working in fast-paced environments (events/operations preferred)
• Good understanding of:
  • Cybersecurity practices
  • Systems administration
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong communication and coordination abilities

• Manage and support daily IT operations and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve:
  • Hardware issues
  • Software issues
  • Network problems
• Maintain system performance, uptime, and security
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures
• Support users with technical issues and ensure efficient IT services
• Coordinate IT setups for operational or event-based requirements
• Maintain documentation of IT systems and support activities
