• Provide IT support to end users
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and network-related issues
• Ensure smooth operation of IT systems and equipment
• Handle user support requests and technical incidents
• Maintain IT documentation and support records
• Assist with system upgrades and maintenance activities
