Job Vacancy: Architect – Interior Fit-Out & Commercial Projects

A company in Sharq, Kuwait is looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join its team. The ideal candidate should have experience in interior design, commercial fit-out projects, shop drawings, and site supervision.

• Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and detailed shop drawings.
• Develop interior design concepts for commercial and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise fit-out execution.
• Ensure project quality, timelines, and compliance with specifications.
• Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues.
• Support project planning, documentation, and design coordination.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and client requirements.

✅ 3–5 years of architectural experience.
✅ Experience in interior design, commercial projects, and fit-out works.
✅ Strong knowledge of shop drawings and detailed drawing preparation.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
✅ Experience in site supervision and project coordination.
✅ Creative design skills with strong attention to detail.
✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
✅ Ability to manage fit-out execution while maintaining high-quality standards.
