Job Vacancy: Civil Engineer – Immediate Hiring (4 Vacancies)

Gulf Square General Trading & Contracting Company is seeking experienced and motivated Civil Engineers to join its growing team in Fahaheel, Kuwait. Candidates with strong construction site experience and the ability to manage project execution are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

• Supervise and manage daily construction site activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout all construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on-site.
• Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate with clients when required.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience in Kuwait.
• Strong experience in site execution, supervision, and project coordination.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and Kuwait building regulations.
• Familiarity with quality assurance and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
