A premier healthcare organization in Kuwait is hiring a licensed, empathetic Home Health Caregiver & Nurse Assistant to deliver exceptional patient care in Hawally, Kuwait.
The candidate will administer skilled clinical treatments, monitor vital signs, support patient rehabilitation, and uphold clinical hygiene standards.
Applicants must hold MOH license eligibility or active Kuwait MOH credentials with transferable visa status.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess, record, and monitor patient vital signs, clinical symptoms, and medical history accurately.
- Administer prescribed medications, clinical procedures, wound dressings, and therapeutic care.
- Coordinate closely with attending physicians and clinical staff to deliver integrated patient treatment.
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with MOH standards.
- Enforce strict infection control, sterilization, and hospital sanitation protocols.
- Provide compassionate emotional support and healthcare guidance to patients and family members.
Requirements
- Caregiver Training / Nursing Diploma is strictly mandatory.
- Valid Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH) license or MOH evaluation eligibility.
- 2-5 Years of clinical healthcare or patient care experience.
- Strong communication and patient relationship management skills.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18).
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: KWD 300–450 per month.
