Hiring a Content Creator comfortable on camera and skilled at producing engaging written and visual content for social media and digital channels. The role requires hands‑on content production, editing, and audience engagement in a fast‑paced F&B environment.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in content creation.
- Location: Currently based in Kuwait.
- On‑camera: Comfortable and friendly with cameras and shooting equipment.
- Availability: Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast‑paced schedule.
- Preference: Females preferred.
Core Skills
- Content production: Create, shoot, and edit photo and video content.
- Editing tools: Proficient with photo/video editing and graphic design tools.
- Strategy: Strong storytelling, content strategy, and audience engagement skills.
- Social media: Experience managing social platforms and scheduling content.
- F&B knowledge: Background in coffee or F&B is a plus.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication; able to work with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and produce short‑form and long‑form visual content for social channels.
- Edit videos and images to brand standards and platform requirements.
- Develop content calendars and execute campaigns to grow engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and iterate on creative based on results.
- Assist with on‑site shoots, product styling, and basic set preparation.
