Role Summary
A reliever Electrical Supervisor is urgently required for a KNPC maintenance project in Kuwait for a 2‑month assignment starting the first week of April. The reliever will supervise electrical maintenance activities, ensure safe work practices, and maintain project continuity during the incumbent’s absence.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise electrical teams and coordinate daily work activities.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and KNPC standards.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems.
• Monitor work quality and ensure tasks meet specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with project engineers and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare daily progress reports and handover documentation.
Requirements
• Minimum experience in Kuwait: 5 years.
• Proven background as an Electrical Supervisor on industrial or maintenance projects.

• Ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and work under pressure.
