Role Summary
A full‑time Assistant Warehouse Supervisor is required in Kuwait to support daily warehouse operations for household goods. The role focuses on operational oversight, inventory control, team supervision, and ensuring safe, efficient dispatch and storage processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Oversight: Manage inbound and outbound shipments, receiving, quality inspection, storage, and order fulfilment.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety targets.
• Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts, audits, and maintain accurate stock records using WMS.
• Compliance and Safety: Enforce company safety policies and local labor and fire safety regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on inventory, discrepancies, and KPIs.
• Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend layout or process changes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience handling household goods, furniture, or retail inventory is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in WMS, MS Excel, and inventory tracking tools.
• Language: Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Other: Valid driving license and certifications for material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) are a plus.
• Attributes: Strong organisational, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
