Key Responsibilities
• Student Care: Provide first aid, assess minor injuries and illnesses, and manage acute health situations.
• Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate medication records.
• Health Screening: Conduct routine health checks, vision/hearing screenings, and immunization record reviews.
• Record Keeping: Maintain confidential health records, incident reports, and daily logs.
• Health Education: Deliver basic health education to students and staff; advise on hygiene and preventive care.
• Emergency Response: Act as the primary responder for medical emergencies and coordinate with parents and medical services when required.
• Liaison: Communicate with parents, school administration, and external healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
• GNM qualification (General Nursing and Midwifery) with a valid nursing license.
• Prior experience working with children or in a school/paediatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and follow established protocols.
• Currently based in Kuwait with a transferable visa preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or Malayalam is an advantage.
