📢 Job Vacancy – ERP Specialist (Operations Focus)

🌟 About the Role

This role is designed for an operational ERP specialist rather than traditional IT support or data‑entry. The candidate will lead ERP optimization across manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, finance, and supply chain operations.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize ERP operational processes across departments


• Manage ERP governance policies, workflows, and approvals


• Master data cleanup, restructuring, and standardization


• Improve inventory structure, item coding, and process flows


• Review and optimize BOM and UOM structures


• Reduce Excel dependency by maximizing ERP utilization


• Develop ERP reports, dashboards, and analytics


• Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal teams


• Support ERP integration with manufacturing processes


• Manage ERP user permissions and compliance


• Conduct ERP user training and improve adoption


• Prepare SOPs and technical documentation


• Collaborate with finance, warehouse, production, procurement, and sales teams


• Participate in ERP implementation, restructuring, or migration projects

🎓 Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field


• Minimum 5 years of ERP operations/consulting experience


• Strong knowledge of manufacturing ERP environments, inventory control, and workflows


• Hands‑on experience with Focus ERP, Odoo, Dynamics 365, or ERPNext preferred


• Analytical skills in reporting and dashboard development


• Knowledge of BOM, UOM governance, and master data management


• Experience in inventory‑intensive manufacturing environments


• Strong project coordination and problem‑solving skills


• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities


• Fluent in English and Arabic (reading & writing)


• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 600 – 1200 KWD (based on ERP experience and manufacturing background)


• Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
