We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have accounting experience and are familiar with the FIESTA Accounting System.
PositionJunior AccountantKey Responsibilities- Record and maintain daily financial transactions
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and accounting reports
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Maintain accurate accounting documentation and data entry
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist senior accounting staff with financial reporting and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
Hands-on experience with the FIESTA Accounting System (Mandatory)
Basic knowledge of:
- Financial Accounting
- Bookkeeping
- Bank Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Important NoteOnly candidates with experience using the FIESTA Accounting System will be considered.
