Hiring Junior Financial Accountant in Kuwait
Sunrise General Trading & Services in Kuwait City is hiring a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist with bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, and corporate financial administration.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions, purchase entries, and sales ledgers accurately.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable records, following up on customer payments.
- Conduct monthly bank statement reconciliations and supplier balance verifications.
- Assist with payroll calculations, petty cash management, and expense tracking.
- Prepare preliminary financial summaries and maintain organized digital accounting archives.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting software.
- Sound understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and willingness to learn.
- Transferable residency in Kuwait.
