Urgent KOC Project Hiring in Kuwait – 70 Vacancies Available

A reputed Electrical Contracting Company in Kuwait is urgently hiring skilled and experienced candidates for a long-term KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) project.

A total of 70 vacancies are available across multiple positions. Candidates who can join immediately after completing the interview process are encouraged to apply.

• Perform assembly, installation, and fitting work according to project requirements.
• Read and follow technical drawings and instructions.
• Install and align components accurately.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Follow site safety and quality procedures.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Carry out electrical wiring and installation work.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment issues.
• Read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Follow KOC project standards and HSE requirements.

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure workers follow HSE procedures and PPE requirements.
• Assist with toolbox talks and safety awareness activities.
• Report unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.

• Supervise electrical installation and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate electricians and site workers.
• Monitor daily work progress and manpower.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project management.
• Maintain safety and quality standards at the worksite.

• Relevant experience in the applied position is required.
• Previous experience in Oil & Gas / KOC projects is an advantage.
• Candidates must be available for interview and immediate joining.
• Project Visa or Article 18 Ahli Visa only is acceptable.
• Candidates must be ready for visa/project transfer as required.
• Good teamwork, communication, and safety awareness.
