Hiring Laptop Sales Executive & Social Media Presenter in Kuwait
A reputable IT retail store and electronics repair center in Fahaheel, Kuwait, is looking for an energetic Laptop Sales Executive & Social Media Presenter to drive in-store sales and showcase products across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in retail customers with laptop, desktop, and IT accessory recommendations matching their technical needs.
- Handle inbound customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries generated by Instagram, Facebook, and online advertising campaigns.
- Present engaging short-form laptop video reviews and promotional demonstrations for social media channels.
- Explain technical specifications including CPU, RAM, SSD storage, GPU options, and warranty conditions to prospective buyers.
- Maintain customer lead tracking, follow up consistently on quotations, and work toward agreed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience in laptops, consumer electronics, or computer hardware.
- Sound knowledge of modern computer configurations, operating systems, and hardware components.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; conversational Arabic is an added advantage.
- Confident on camera presenting promotional tech content for social media.
- Transferable Kuwait residency (Article 18).
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 230–270 KWD per month + Sales Commission
