Logistic Coordinator Job in Kuwait (Urgent)

Position: Logistic Coordinator
Location: Kuwait
Availability: Immediate joiners with transferable visa preferred

Lead and coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely movement of materials and smooth site operations. The Logistic Coordinator will manage shipment tracking, inventory records, vendor communication, and daily coordination between operations, procurement, and transport teams.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and monitor delivery schedules.

• Manage inventory control and update stock records accurately.

• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation including delivery notes, manifests, and reconciliation reports.

• Liaise with vendors, transporters, and site teams to resolve delays and discrepancies.

• Support procurement and warehouse teams with material tracking and handover.

• Generate regular logistics reports and escalate issues to management.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and site HSE requirements.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in logistics or supply chain operations.

• Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

• Skills: Strong coordination, communication, record‑keeping, and problem‑solving skills.

• Visa: Transferable residency visa in Kuwait.

• Availability: Able to join immediately.

• Location: Candidates must be inside Kuwait.
