Hiring Warehouse Packing & Scanning Worker in Kuwait
A major distribution and cargo logistics warehouse situated in Shuwaikh, Kuwait is hiring permanent Warehouse Workers for local employment.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute product picking, sorting, scanning, and protective packing of consumer merchandise.
- Operate handheld RF barcode scanners to match parcel tracking numbers against shipping manifests.
- Load and unload freight trucks, stacking packages onto transport pallets securely with shrink-wrap.
- Enter shipment receipts and status updates into basic warehouse computer terminals accurately.
- Organize racking tiers and keep distribution floors clear of empty cartons and packaging debris.
- Adhere to warehouse environmental health and safety standards throughout daily operations.
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Local hiring only; transferable residency (Article 18 Ahli or Project Visa with transfer within 30 days).
- Duty hours: 11 hours daily with a 1-hour rest break; 1 scheduled day off weekly.
- Compensation: 180 KD base + 10 KD transport allowance.
- Physically fit and dependable team player.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: KD 180 base salary + KD 10 transport allowance monthly with 1 day off weekly.
