Hiring Beauty Advisor & Makeup Consultant in Kuwait
An iconic cosmetics and beauty brand boutique situated in Sharq, Kuwait is seeking an energetic, stylish, and knowledgeable female Beauty Advisor.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide personalized cosmetic consultations, shade matching, and makeup application demos to retail clients.
- Recommend suitable skincare regimens, foundations, lipsticks, and beauty fragrances to customers.
- Promote high-margin beauty product lines and achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Maintain immaculate tester display counters, ensuring hygiene, sanitation, and correct labeling.
- Assist with stock replenishment, seasonal promotional merchandising, and inventory auditing.
- Build strong customer loyalty through warm, professional, and knowledgeable service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail beauty consulting experience with recognized cosmetics or fragrance brands.
- Female candidates with strong aesthetic passion and polished grooming.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18 or 22).
- Fluency in English; conversational Arabic is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, sales flair, and customer relationship skills.
