Open Positions 1. Purchasing OfficerRequirements:

 Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience

 Experience in:

• Haute Couture
• Bridal Fashion
• Tailoring
• Luxury Fashion Industry

 Strong knowledge of:

• Fabrics
• Embroidery Materials
• Lace & Trims
• Beads & Crystals
• Threads and Tailoring Accessories

 Good knowledge of Kuwait suppliers and local markets

 Ability to negotiate prices and manage supplier relationships

 Strong sourcing and procurement skills

 2. Tailoring Workshop Operations Manager / SupervisorRequirements:

 Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion, tailoring, bridal wear, or haute couture operations

 Strong understanding of atelier and workshop operations

 Experience managing:

• Tailors
• Master Cutters
• Pattern Makers
• Embroidery Teams
• Finishing Teams

 Ability to manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery

 Strong quality control and garment finishing knowledge

 Ability to coordinate between:

• Design
• Cutting
• Stitching
• Embroidery
• Fittings
• Delivery

 Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

 3. Tailors

Experienced tailors with expertise in luxury garments, bridal wear, and haute couture construction.

 4. Master Cutters

Experienced professionals skilled in precision cutting and garment preparation for luxury fashion production.

 5. Hand Embroidery Workers

Candidates experienced in luxury hand embroidery, beadwork, crystal applications, lace detailing, and couture finishing.

 6. Cutters

Experienced garment cutters with strong understanding of production and fabric handling.
