Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist patients and visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records
- Handle calls, inquiries, and laboratory coordination
- Support daily reception and administrative operations
- Ensure excellent patient service and experience
Previous experience in blood sample collection
Medical or laboratory background is mandatory
Strong patient handling and communication skills
Knowledge of specimen collection and handling procedures
Ability to maintain patient comfort and safety during procedures
Key Responsibilities- Collect blood and other laboratory specimens
- Label and process samples accurately
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Support laboratory operations and patient care services
Currently residing in Kuwait
Relevant experience in the applied position
