Hiring Men's Salon Hair Stylist & Grooming Specialist in Kuwait
An elite, high-end men's grooming salon located in Maidan Hawally, Kuwait, catering primarily to discerning Arabic and international clientele, is hiring a skilled Hair Stylist.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide modern men's haircuts, traditional scissor styling, fading, and classic scissor cuts with precision.
- Perform expert beard trimming, hot towel shaving, facial grooming, and hair styling services.
- Recommend professional hair care, scalp treatments, and retail grooming products to salon clients.
- Sanitize barbering shears, clippers, razors, and grooming workstations thoroughly between appointments.
- Deliver polite, attentive, and upscale customer service to maintain high client retention.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a barber or hair stylist in upscale salons.
- Good verbal communication skills in Arabic and English to interact with clientele.
- Hold a valid transferable Article 18 visa in Kuwait.
- Well-groomed personal appearance and exceptional customer care ethics.
