Candidates with proven Kuwait/GCC experience in MEP contracting, engineering design, estimation, drafting, and multidisciplinary coordination will be highly prioritized.

Responsibilities:

• Electrical system design including lighting, power, LV systems, and SLD.
• Quantity take-off, BOQ/BOM preparation, and material submittals.
• Vendor coordination and commercial estimation.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of MEW/KFF regulations and IEC, NEC, NFPA standards.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Electrical load calculation software experience.

Responsibilities:

• HVAC system design including chillers, VRF, DX systems, duct sizing, and piping networks.
• Tender analysis, costing, and value engineering.
• Mechanical site coordination.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of ASHRAE and SMACNA standards.
• Experience with HAP and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities:

• Design of water supply, drainage, stormwater, and firefighting systems.
• Fire protection networks including sprinklers, fire pumps, and clean agent systems.
• Quantity surveying, estimation, and approvals.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of NFPA, IPC, UPC, and Kuwait Fire Force regulations.
• AutoCAD and firefighting calculation software experience.

Responsibilities:

• MEP coordination and clash detection.
• Composite shop drawing development.
• Integration of BMS, ELV, SCADA, and automation systems.

Required Skills:

• Navisworks, BIM/Revit, and AutoCAD proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination layouts, and as-built drawings.
• Create detailed sections and builder work drawings.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Draftsmanship or Technical Certificate.
• Strong AutoCAD and BIM/Revit skills.

• Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 6 days/week
• Contract Duration: 3 Years Renewable
