Immediate Hiring – MEP Engineering Professionals Required in Kuwait
A leading MEP Engineering & Maintenance Company in Kuwait is looking for qualified and experienced professionals to join their team. Immediate joiners with relevant MEP experience are preferred.
Available Positions1. Senior Tendering & Estimation Engineer – MEPJob Responsibilities- Lead tendering and estimation activities for major MEP projects.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids.
- Manage multiple tender submissions and estimation teams.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
- Prepare pricing for:
- HVAC Systems
- Plumbing Systems
- Fire Fighting Systems
- Electrical Systems
- ELV Systems
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Support value engineering and cost optimization activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP Contracting.
- Extensive experience in tendering and estimation for MEP projects in Kuwait.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Quantity surveying.
- Cost estimation.
- Technical and commercial bid preparation.
- MEP project pricing.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Transferable Article 18 Visa required.
- Manage HVAC maintenance projects and site operations.
- Supervise preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Prepare maintenance plans, reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure smooth operation of HVAC systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in HVAC Maintenance Projects in Kuwait or GCC.
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Chillers
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Package Units
- DX Systems
- Ventilation Systems
- Pumps
- HVAC Controls
- Experience managing maintenance teams and client coordination.
- Knowledge of CMMS and maintenance reporting is an advantage.
- Valid Kuwait Driving License preferred.
- Transferable Article 18 Visa required.
