Hiring Metal Products Designer & CNC Laser Operator in Kuwait
A leading metal fabrication and bespoke design enterprise in Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified, diligent, and competent Metal Products Designer & CNC Laser Operator to join its team in Shuwaikh, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily assigned metal product design, fiber laser cutting, and engraving tasks per client specifications.
- Develop CAD vector files for decorative panels, corporate logos, and architectural metal products.
- Operate fiber laser cutting machines, CNC routers, and bending brakes safely and accurately.
- Maintain high standards of sheet metal cutting accuracy, edge deburring, and polished surface finishing.
- Ensure proper care, maintenance, and handling of laser optics, nozzles, and assist gas cylinders.
- Inspect finished metal parts against engineering drawings to maintain tight dimensional tolerances.
- Adhere strictly to Kuwait Labor Law regulations and company health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols.
Requirements
- 2-6 Years of relevant metal design and CNC laser operating experience in Kuwait or GCC preferred.
- Mechanical Drafting / CAD Design Diploma as required for the role.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18 or 22).
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties independently and in team environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High degree of punctuality, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
