• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Support organizational development and employee engagement

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency across branches
• Monitor service quality, cost control, and operational performance
• Coordinate with teams to achieve business targets
• Implement process improvements and optimize workflows

• Proven experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
• Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait
