Role Summary

Urgent hire for an Online Marketing employee to manage social media presence, receive and process online orders, and follow up through to delivery for the company’s new Shuwaikh branch. The role combines customer service, order management, and hands‑on social media activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and post promotional content.

• Receive and process online orders from customers via social platforms and messaging apps.

• Coordinate order fulfilment and follow up with delivery teams until customers receive their orders.

• Respond to customer enquiries in Arabic and handle basic after‑sales communication.

• Track order status and update customers with ETA and delivery confirmations.

• Report daily online sales and customer feedback to branch management.

Requirements

• Experience: Practical experience in social media marketing and online order handling.

• Languages: Arabic speaking and understanding required.

• Nationality: Indian nationals only. Remote candidates based in India who can follow up are welcome.

• Skills: Good communication, customer service orientation, basic content creation skills (photos, short videos).

• Work style: Reliable, responsive, able to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines.

• Documentation: Valid residency/visa if applying from within Kuwait; remote applicants must be able to coordinate across time zones.
