Lead and oversee Food & Beverage Management and last‑mile delivery operations across multiple locations. The Operations Manager will drive restaurant performance, delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability while building and coaching high‑performing teams.

• Manage daily operations of restaurants, kitchens, dispatch, and delivery teams.

• Coordinate FBM and delivery functions to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer experience.

• Monitor KPIs including sales, delivery times, customer satisfaction, rider performance, and operational costs.

• Lead people: recruit, train, schedule, and develop restaurant managers, supervisors, dispatchers, and riders.

• Optimize fleet utilization and delivery routing to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Implement operational strategies to increase productivity and service quality.

• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions to improve retention.

• Control budgets and inventory and manage operational expenses.

• Prepare operational reports and present recommendations to senior management.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company standards.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Food & Beverage and delivery operations management.

• Domain knowledge: Strong background in restaurant operations and last‑mile delivery services.

• Leadership: Proven experience managing large teams and multiple locations.

• Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

• Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems.

• Driving license: Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage.
