Operations Supervisor Needed in Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage daily delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the delivery and logistics industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage drivers and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage daily delivery operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor driver attendance, leave requests, and overall performance
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Manage driver cash collections, transfers, and reconciliations
- Handle fuel recharge requests and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with delivery platforms to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Follow up on vehicle maintenance, traffic violations, and accident reports
- Resolve driver concerns and customer complaints professionally
- Maintain employee files and operational records
- Support driver onboarding and documentation processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Provide regular updates and reports to management
3–5 years of experience in delivery operations
Previous experience with a delivery company is mandatory
Strong knowledge of delivery platforms such as:
- Talabat
- Jahez
- Keeta
- Get Carri
- Snoonu
- Similar delivery platforms
Strong understanding of:
- Driver management
- Fleet coordination
- Operational reporting
- Daily logistics operations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
Fluent in English
Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
Valid Kuwait driving license and own vehicle are considered an advantage
