A reputable transport and logistics enterprise in Kuwait is urgently seeking a professional, disciplined Parcel Delivery & Courier Driver to join its fleet in Farwaniya, Kuwait.

The candidate must have sound knowledge of Kuwait governorates, major expressways, and inner residential routes, ensuring punctual transportation and complete cargo or passenger safety.

Applicants must hold a valid Kuwait driving license and transferable residency status (Article 18 or 20/22 transferable) with immediate readiness to start.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned vehicles across Kuwait routes following national traffic laws and safety standards.
• Plan and execute optimal transit routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure punctual arrivals.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking fluids, tires, brakes, and fuel levels).
• Verify cargo, order manifests, delivery addresses, and customer contact information prior to departure.
• Ensure cargo is safely loaded, securely balanced, and protected from damage during transit.
• Collect payments, manage cash-on-delivery (COD) receipts, and reconcile funds accurately at end-of-shift.
• Maintain professional, polite, and respectful communication with clients, passengers, and dispatchers.
• Promptly report any traffic incidents, vehicle mechanical issues, or delivery delays to operations management.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained both inside and outside.
• Comply with company vehicle policies, speed limits, and Kuwait Ministry of Interior traffic regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Kuwait Light Vehicle Driving License is strictly mandatory.
• Minimum 2–6 years of verified driving experience across Kuwait roads.
• In-depth knowledge of Kuwait governorates, arterial expressways, and major commercial hubs.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic infractions.
• Proficiency in utilizing smartphone navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze).
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status.
• Basic vehicle troubleshooting and tire/fluid maintenance capabilities.
• Professional personal conduct, neat appearance, and punctual work habit.
• Immediate availability to commence duties is strongly preferred.

Salary & Benefits
