We are currently seeking part-time male candidates to join us as Customer Service Evaluators (Spa Auditors). This is a flexible opportunity for individuals who can provide valuable feedback on service quality by visiting our outlets as regular customers.

As a Spa Auditor, you will visit our outlet as a customer, evaluate the overall service experience, and provide structured feedback to help improve service quality.

• Flexible schedule
• Approximately 1–2 hours per week

• Good observation and attention to detail
• Ability to provide clear and honest feedback
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication skills

• Visit the outlet as a regular customer
• Observe and evaluate:
  • Customer service
  • Staff behavior
  • Cleanliness and ambiance
• Submit feedback reports based on your experience
• Maintain confidentiality of the evaluation process
