Hiring Pastry & Sweets Preparation Staff in Kuwait
A reputable confectionery and oriental pastry enterprise in Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified, diligent, and competent Pastry & Sweets Preparation Staff to join its team in Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing traditional sweets, cookies, birthday cakes, and decorated confectionery items.
- Package freshly baked sweets into gift boxes, tins, and presentation trays neatly and hygienically.
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation across pastry workstations and packaging tables.
- Assist counter staff with displaying sweets, refilling retail cases, and replenishing store supplies.
- Ensure food ingredients are rotated correctly and monitor raw material freshness daily.
- Deliver warm, polite, and respectful customer service to shop patrons.
- Adhere strictly to Kuwait municipality food safety standards and shop hygiene protocols.
Requirements
- 1-3 Years of experience in pastry shops, bakeries, sweet manufacturing, or food packaging.
- Valid Kuwait Baladiya Health Card is strictly mandatory.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22).
- Friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, and dedication to culinary hygiene.
- Good cooperative attitude and team support spirit.
- Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
