Hiring – Plant Care Helper / Nursery Assistant
Raii Garden is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and physically fit Plant Care Helper / Nursery Assistant to support daily plant care, nursery operations, and customer order preparation.
Job Responsibilities- Assist with watering, pruning, reporting, and general care of indoor and outdoor plants.
- Handle and maintain a variety of plants, flowers, and gardening materials.
- Lift and move plant pots, soil, and gardening supplies safely.
- Load, unload, and transport plants and related materials.
- Prepare customer orders for delivery and collection.
- Support routine garden maintenance visits for residential and commercial clients.
- Keep the nursery and work areas clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Previous experience in plant care, gardening, landscaping, or nursery work is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy pots, soil bags, and plants.
- Hardworking, reliable, and willing to work outdoors.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Salary: KD 150 per month
- Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
- Off Days: 2 days off per month
- Friendly and supportive working environment.
