Procurement & Tender Officer | Oil & Gas Industry | Kuwait

A reputed Oil & Gas company in Kuwait is seeking a highly experienced Procurement & Tender Officer to join its team.

Location: Sharq, Kuwait
Industry: Oil & Gas

• Manage procurement and tendering activities for Oil & Gas projects
• Handle KOC and Joint Operations (JO) procurement and tender submissions
• Prepare and submit tender documentation and commercial proposals
• Respond to KOC questionnaires and prequalification requirements
• Conduct cost estimation and commercial bid preparation
• Source suppliers and identify qualified vendors
• Manage local purchasing activities and procurement processes
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparison statements, and negotiate with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait tendering regulations and procedures
• Coordinate documentation, bid submissions, and tender follow-ups

 Minimum 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Tendering

 Proven experience with:

• KOC Procurement & Tendering
• Joint Operations (JO)
• Government & Ministry Tenders
• Healthcare, Medical, Education, and Public Sector Projects

 Strong knowledge of:

• Tender documentation
• Bid preparation
• Cost estimation
• Commercial proposals
• Vendor sourcing and supplier management

 Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills

 Strong documentation and reporting abilities

 Good understanding of Kuwait procurement and tendering procedures

Currently available in Kuwait

Experience within the Kuwait Oil & Gas sector

Able to handle multiple tenders and procurement activities simultaneously
