A premier men's grooming salon in Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified, diligent, and competent Men's Barber to join its team in Farwaniya, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality haircuts, contemporary fades, classic scissor cuts, beard shaping, and styling.
• Perform traditional straight razor shaves, hot towel facial treatments, and scalp massages.
• Consult with clients politely regarding haircut styles and recommend premium grooming products.
• Disinfect and sterilize scissors, clippers, trimmers, and razors thoroughly before and after each client.
• Maintain the assigned barber station, mirror, and styling supplies impeccably clean and organized.
• Build long-term customer retention through courteous service and superior craftsmanship.
• Adhere strictly to Kuwait municipality hygiene regulations and salon operational rules.

Requirements

• 2-5 Years of verified professional barbering experience in modern salons or grooming parlors.
• Mastery of classic and trendy haircuts, skin fades, beard design, and razor shaves.
• Candidates who have an established clientele in Kuwait are highly preferred.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
