Role Summary

Lead fit‑out projects from concept through handover for high‑profile retail and F&B contracts. The Projects Manager will own schedules, budgets, quality, and client coordination while ensuring HSE compliance and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects end‑to‑end: planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.

• Develop and control schedules and budgets.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure quality and HSE compliance across site activities.

• Resolve technical and commercial issues and drive timely decisions.

• Prepare progress reports, change orders, and close‑out documentation.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in fit‑out works with 3–5 years in a managerial role.

• Technical knowledge: Interior finishes, materials, and MEP systems.

• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera, and MS Office.

• Skills: Strong leadership, client management, cost control, and site coordination.

• License: Valid Kuwait Driving License preferred.

Mandatory Candidate Conditions

• Residency: Valid Kuwait Residency (Transferable) required.

• Driving License: Kuwait Driving License required.

• Availability: Ready to join according to project timelines.
