We are seeking an experienced and dedicated PSHE Lead (Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education) to join our school community in Kuwait.

This leadership role is ideal for professionals passionate about student wellbeing, personal development, life skills education, and safeguarding practices.

Position: PSHE Lead
Location: Kuwait

 Deliver the school's PSHE curriculum to middle and secondary school students

 Lead, train, and support a team of PSHE teachers

 Promote student wellbeing, life skills, and personal development programs

 Work closely with counsellors, clinic staff, and parents

 Support child protection and safeguarding initiatives

 Develop and improve PSHE curriculum content and delivery

 Monitor program effectiveness and student engagement

 Support students' social, emotional, and personal growth

 Knowledge of Kuwait's education regulations

 Ability to teach and manage sensitive wellbeing and personal development topics professionally

 Fluent English communication skills

 Strong communication and leadership abilities

 Experience working with students in educational environments

 Degree in Psychology

 Experience in:

 Gulf school experience
