Receptionist Job in Kuwait (Hotel Pools)

We are currently seeking a professional, presentable, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team managing pool facilities within a hotel environment in Salmiya.

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the hotel pool area, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth reservation handling, and excellent service delivery.

• Female candidates only (local hiring)
• Nationality: Filipino
• Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and presentable appearance
• Basic knowledge of computer applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Immediate joiners preferred

• Welcome guests and provide professional assistance
• Handle reservations and booking procedures efficiently
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
• Update and maintain daily records and reports
• Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience
