Hiring Restaurant & Cafe Service Team Member in Kuwait
A vibrant cafe and restaurant lounge in Sharq, Kuwait City, is seeking dynamic hospitality personnel to join their front-of-house and back-of-house teams across culinary, service, and floor maintenance positions.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, attentive table service to guests, taking food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve gourmet dishes, specialty mocktails, coffees, and light refreshments with polished etiquette.
- Assist with kitchen prep, food plating, shisha station handling, or table bussing according to assigned role.
- Sanitize dining tables, polish glassware, restock condiment stations, and maintain dining area cleanliness.
- Handle customer requests courteously and collaborate seamlessly with kitchen chefs and cafe managers.
Requirements
- Prior service experience in a casual dining restaurant, specialty cafe, or hotel lounge in Kuwait.
- Neat personal grooming, positive hospitality mindset, and good English communication.
- Ability to stand, move quickly, and work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Transferable Kuwait residency and immediate joining availability.
