Role Summary

Experienced Restaurant Manager required to oversee daily operations of an Indian restaurant. The manager will ensure high standards of service, manage staff, control costs, and deliver an excellent dining experience while complying with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house coordination.

• Manage and train staff to maintain service standards and teamwork.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and prompt issue resolution.

• Control inventory and costs including stock checks, ordering, and waste reduction.

• Monitor health and safety compliance and ensure staff follow hygiene protocols.

• Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and operational performance.

• Coordinate with suppliers and handle vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Experience: Strong background in hotel or restaurant management.

• Nationality preference: Indian preferred.

• Gender: Male or Female.

• Visa: Transferable Visa 18.

• Health: Health card must.

• Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu desirable.

• Skills: Leadership, customer service, inventory control, basic accounting, and strong communication.

• Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred.
